before settling for paralegal, i did consider majoring in philosophy and then going into academia. but really how practical would that be, like as stable career?. so, i moved past that idea, nonetheless i love to indulge. so i thought about once i have a stable career in anything. i shall go back to school and study philosophy since i'd have the liberty to do so, nothing on the line. one day, trust, i'll be in my late forties i'll study beauty, love, and metaethics, trust.
"Hello Danae, Your account of Aristotle was excellent! I think you might actually be closer to Aristotle than you think. Not that that matters, and I think you could care less, but what I mean is that I think your current view is not entirely opposed to the view that Aristotle has about human action and human life, and goods, and ends and means. Even though Camus may be using the same word "purpose" that Aristotle uses, I think they don't mean the same thing with that word. Are they really talking about the same thing? My suspicion is that they are not. So, even though you seem to disagree with Aristotle because he says that life has a "purpose" but you say life has no "purpose", I wonder how much you really disagree. Why? Because I start wondering whether both of you mean the same thing when you use the same word "purpose." My suspicion is that you are using the word unequivocally. If you are interested in discussing this further, I would love to. There's nothing I enjoy more than discussing these ideas and things. Let me know if you're interested. I must say that you are a careful writer and thinker. I can tell that you think, and think well, and thoroughly! Have you considered majoring or minoring in philosophy? Just a thought. Thank you for taking this very seriously and for taking the time to understand Aristotle's views. Best, Dr ..."
